Qualification Title: Certificate of Completion in theory and practical components of Eyebrow and Eyelash Tinting Services
We offer a one day one-on-one professional training, included theory and practical components in eyebrow and eyelash tinting services. If you are already a beauty professional, (hairdresser, nail technician, make-up artist, etc.) this is a fantastic opportunity to extend your skills, learn about this popular beauty service and get a new chance to increase your income.
QBTA (Queensland Beauty Training Academy) provides an exclusive environment, professional and experienced trainer, one-on-one training method. The price includes all training materials during your training day, supervised practice on live model, theory and practical exam.
You going to learn how to protect yourself and your clients from cross contamination and how to maintain infection control and workplace health and safety practices (incl. waste management) on the highest level during the procedure. Our curriculum includes preparation of service area, client and operator according to relevant legislation workplace policies and procedures, contraindications, treatment plan skin analysis, product selection. You will learn about skin anatomy, client characteristics and needs, importance of patch test, product preparation, application and removal according to client requirements and manufacturer’s instructions, client consultation and aftercare instructions. Your trainer is highly qualified and experienced, holds Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Your course fee includes 1 day one-on-one training, (eyebrow &eyelash tinting), all training materials and equipment, (tints, accessories, gloves, etc.), your professional certificate)

Once the fee has been paid, your place going to be secured.(Please read our terms and conditions about cancellation and re-scheduling) If you have a trouble to organize your models please let us know ASAP and we will check our model list. That costs $25/treatment.
Upon a successfully completed assessment you will be Certified Eyebrow and Eyelash Tinting Technician by Queensland Beauty Training Academy and can start your own business even from the next day.
You will be able to get your professional liability insurance and purchase products at professional beauty suppliers. Our certificates are industry accepted.

WHAT TO BRING
Models
You can bring your friend or relative whose eyebrow or eyelashes have not been recently tinted and have no contraindication to perform the treatment. All procedures are totally supervised by your trainer.
Camera
Please bring your camera as we going to take before and after photos of your models as part of your training sessions used in conjunction with the Client Indemnity form. (Camera should have a macro feature for close-up shots) It also going to be the start of your portfolio and we encourage you to take as many photos as you like.
LUNCHES
Our Academy is conveniently set up with a refrigerator, microwave-owen, and tableware. Also hot food shop is available just in walking distance. Coffee and tea is provided.

1st part: Theory lesson
About tinting, skin anatomy, hair structure and growing stages, tint types and accessories, contraindications, documentation, client consultation, aftercare instructions, homecare advice
